The concept was inspired by Ryan, a 13-year-old entrepreneur who
looked at the traditional process of buying land and asked a very
simple question: Why does it have to be so complicated?
His vision was to create a modern way for people to discover and
purchase land online — something straightforward enough for anyone
to understand, yet built around a real and tangible asset.
That simple idea became the foundation for NicheUp.
Today, Ryan continues to be involved in the development of the brand,
learning the fundamentals of business, leadership, marketing and
decision-making while helping shape a company designed for a new
generation of landowners.
